This PR adds a "Verified Working Setup" section to the README.

The section documents an environment in which the project was successfully
built, installed, and run on Windows, including Android Studio version,
JDK configuration, emulator API level, and steps to run the project.

This is a documentation-only change intended to help new contributors
avoid common setup issues during local development.

No code or build configuration changes are included.

82-106: Verify that the documented environment remains current and relevant.

The documented setup (Android Studio Giraffe 2022.3.1, JDK 8, API Level 28) dates from 2022–2023. Given we are now in December 2025, consider verifying whether newer Android Studio versions, JDK versions, or API levels should also be documented, especially if this is meant as a primary reference for new contributors.

Additionally, clarify whether API Level 28 is the minimum supported level, the tested level, or the recommended level for development.
