Thanks for adding this. What is the use case for it? PSNR is not usually used to evaluate audio codecs. |

Fix #142. This PR brings in work/decisions from the past. An unpublished version of this script was used to prepare the "verification reports" of previous releases. I agree PSNR is not typical for this purpose. We should explore methods other than PSNR, get CI to run it, etc. |
