Initializes the frontend directory with Next.js App Router, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, and ESLint.
Sets up the component folder structure (ui, layout, features), lib, and installs required dependencies (Zustand, React-Query, Freighter API) per issue #23.
Also runs shadcn init to configure reusable UI components.
