Closes #27

Add optional client cert options for mutual authentication
Give proper errors when supplying cluster URI (needs to tell that TLS needs a URL form with a domain name)
Enforce TLSv1.2
Implement the weird upgrade mechanism (upgrade to TLS only after receiving the first INFO message)
