- Update all NPM dependencies for various security warnings. - Update Docker dependencies for Hugo, Sass, and PNPM. - Update ESLint setup to latest version, which has a few changes, and we've removed a couple of incompatible plugins (airbnb and imports). Also add the Vue ESlint recommended setup, which led to a few small tweaks. - Standardize on ES modules for all config files. - Remove defunct rakefile.
