Punycoder is a Python tool to encode Unicode domain names into Punycode (IDNA) format and decode Punycode back into Unicode. It is useful for anyone working with Internationalized Domain Names (IDNs).

Encode a Unicode domain to Punycode:
./punycoder -e café.com
