Early version of website with docker structure which giving possibility to run it on amazon AWS cloud servers.

First things which need to be fixed for web-site to pass other status Release-Condidate:

1. Fix the problem where user anyway can create a empty account.
2. Review user-authorization logic, to let user see notes page only when he is log in.
3. Database fixes, let authorization user only see they own notes.
4. Create visible notes table, that users being allow see notes.
5. Finish welcome page.
6. Make button with logic where you can delete your note.

With * works can be made to level-up website visibility:

1. Create note timer which be synchronized with world time, where after time is gone note is changing color.
