Script Not Found During Startup

For some reason after I started getting this message after turning on my PC, which is harmless, but a little annoying.
Windows Script Host keeps telling me:

Can not find script file
C:\ProgramData\Removal-AI-UpdateCleanup-Silent.vbs

I should note that I used this repo about twice in my device before, once a few months ago, and once recently. Just mentioning that in case. Either way, I'd hope to get an answer for this and see if there's a solution.

its created here do you have some sort of cleanup script or program? it would have displayed an error if it was unable to create the script

I don't think I have one, or at least I didn't download one intentionally. I don't particularly remember an error for failing to make the script so perhaps it was removed later.
Would it be possible to recreate the script manually though? Perhaps I could try that and see if it ended being removed later.

just run that option again to create the cleanup script

It seems to have worked. Not sure how to check the script's presence myself but at least the message isn't popping up anymore!
