Error on Windows - Expected LSP Store to be in a Local Mode

I am currently using the master build on Windows with Zed Nightly. When I allow Roslyn to run, it's good for a while and then Zed hangs and I'm forced to close it. What I've found in the LSP logs is this:

I'm getting some pretty gnarly slowdown on Windows as well. None of the settings seems to be helping with the delay.

Omnisharp seems to still be fairly responsive.

@morrow-addref Agreed. From my limited understanding (and the help of Claude), the difference seems to be that Roslyn polls a configuration on a regular basis, whereas Omnisharp doesn't. I'm not sure what's happening with that polling, but it seems expensive, to say the least.
