Expose more LB options through ingress annotations

Running a second layer ingress controller is annoying, would love to use qingcloud managed LB to handle the ingress traffic directly, for instance:

1. Support More listener type HTTP/HTTPS instead of TCP
2. Let qingcloud manage TLS certs for HTTPS and offload TLS
