[Question] Using project instead of targets

Hi, currently I have a project that each logics separated into modules. But since I also want to add unit-test all of those modules folder structure will be a bit messy. Is there anyway to use xcodeporj instead of targets? I checked doc I saw the documentation but couldn't find anything related to that. Thank you so much!
