SystemCore disconnects during auto, reentered auto during tele #210
Description
In match one of the Capital City Classic playoffs(video linked here: https://www.youtube.com/live/tJTWOtlU3IU?si=SI5D7Y_BG3NkP6ku&t=16785). Our robot experienced some weird behavior, from what we are able to understand, our SystemCore disconnected from FMS during autonomous. When it reconnected, it reentered auto and we had no control over the system, it stayed in auto until 45 seconds left in teleop, when it ended up enabling teleop (partially, functionally was severely limited). I'm fairly confident that this isn't an issue with our robot code as there hadn't been any changes in competition and we have never seen this issue before or since.
I went to check the log file from the unit after and found that it was empty. It's a blank file with no data. In our pre match checks and post match checks the robot worked completely fine.
I do remember that the internal storage was fairly full. I had cleared it before the event and had to clear it after this match as well. After this event, we did switch to the thumb drive like the RIO.
