[Feature]: Automatically update the `example-ui` on new releases

Currently we have to manually update the [example-orchestrator-ui ](https://github.com/workfloworchestrator/example-orchestrator-ui) on a new release of the orchestrator-ui-library. It would be convenient to automate this so that updating the example-orchestrator to use the latest UI becomes a trivial task.
