Changing CSS applies to the whole workbench application

When experimenting with Workbench I noticed that changing the label color changes the text color for the whole Workbench application.

I guess I would consider that a bug?

I don't have time right now to dive into code, but I'll see if I can take a look sometime. I suppose this might be hard to fix though needing some investigation into how to separate the applications global css from the previews global css, which I suppose no one has ever had to do before.
