RNN 'together' loading of tabs are not reloading webviews #8201
Description
What happened?
The flag 'together', which make the tabs' content load simultaneously, is working but not for WKWebviews, these need an actual window as a parent to be 'preloaded'.
What was the expected behaviour?

Was it tested on latest react-native-navigation?
- I have tested this issue on the latest react-native-navigation release and it still reproduces.
