Action not working anymore

So finally I cleaned up the files enough for ScanMsg to stop complaining.
And it turns out that the action doesn't work anymore.
Here's the log.
Tried downgrading to windows 2019 image, but that's been removed.

And doesn't want to run on linux headlessly, too.
