Hi there!
Over a decade ago, I used SQLiteManager-1.2.0 back on a project, which apparently is still working to a degree... but that particular version seems to be hopelessly outdated as well as having some vulnerabilities...
I've found that you used to have a repository back at SourceForge as well as on BitBucket, although neither has been updated since 2013; also, you state over there that this is 'PHP4 code still working under PHP5' — that would be fine, but currently even PHP 7.1 is obsolete...
Note, however, that at the time of writing (early May 2020), SQLiteManager still had 301 new downloads on SourceForge this week! So, yes, there are still many people out there using it...
I see that you have opened a new project here on GitHub, but... this one is currently empty :-( Are you planning to update it in the near future?
