FEATURE infowindow per custstyle

Let us have custom `infowindows` for each `custstyle` not just one global one. 
So we can set text/images/whatever per custom region being shown.

For example info about arenas, or info about shops, or info about spawn, or info about a quests area... its all one global message atm
