Support embedded Weaviate in Windows through a Docker implementation #1775
Description
Currently, embedded Weaviate runs a Weaviate binary, and does not support Windows. It seems many users want this, and it can be done by having an Embedded DB implementation that runs a docker image, similar to the java client's test containers.
Feel free to close this issue if you don't think this is a good idea or worthwhile. Otherwise, I'd love to contribute this myself. Let me know - and thanks!
