Visual Recognition sample does not match documentation

The base documentation for Visual Recognition V3 is missing. Also the flow in the node-red-bluemix-starter set hangs on the node-red node an example included have tried it on four of the examples.

Thanks for all these awesome labs. We recently did a Watson IOT workshop in Delhi, India and took this sample as a baseline but improved more on top of it to meet our workshop goal.
