Update runtime for cocos2d-x 3.4?

Hi!

Sorry for opening an Issue here but I think this repository is used for the cocos2d-x 3.4 final, isn't it?
I am having aproblem after the update from cocos2d-x 3.3 to 3.4 via cocos tools which is in cocos code ide. I can't run the simulator because the provides dlls are outdated.
I am pretty sure that they are outdated because I am also using cocos studio 2.1 and the new cocos studio 2.1 format can't be parsed from the in this repository provides libcocos2d.dll.

Could you pls update the runtimes? 💃
