Repeating Instance Calculation Test

There was a recent server bug whereby, in all repeating instances of a given form, any calculations (including branching logic) were being driven off instance 1.

Need a test suite added to check these behaviors that our internal servers depend on working correctly. User has provided some suggested tests to start with below from an earlier issue.

Spoke with request, and the server will do calculations that require only a single pass to complete. A simple sum would be a good test.

I.e. repeating instance 1 = 1, repeating instance 2 = 2, repeating instance 3 = 3.

Do a sum from instance 2 and it's following or some such, expect the value to be 5 and that would test the desired behavior.
