Observations on README file

Hi, I was directed to this repository as I'm currently implementing forgerock into a React app.
Some things I noticed:

1. the repository does not contain a package.json file, so adding the --save flag to npm install dotenv won't effectively save the package configuration anywhere
2. the link https://backstage.forgerock.com/docs/idcloud/latest/paas/tenant/audit-logs.html#api-key is dead (for me, at least - I get "Doc not found" and a shruggy ASCII guy)
3. There is no information about actually running the tool. I presume it requires Node installed locally, and running either tail.js though Node, or tail_am / tail_idm in the shell? Could you provide more details on this? Thanks
