pybind11-global package

pybind11 has a "global" version of their package https://pypi.org/project/pybind11-global/ with an explanation for its existence. Is it possible to add this as a subpackge of the original python3-pybind11 or it requires a new template? Some packages are starting to require it.

We already make the project globally accessible:

/usr/include/pybind11 -> /usr/lib/python3.14/site-packages/pybind11/include/pybind11
/usr/share/cmake/pybind11 -> /usr/lib/python3.14/site-packages/pybind11/share/cmake/pybind11
/usr/share/pkgconfig/pybind11.pc -> /usr/lib/python3.14/site-packages/pybind11/share/pkgconfig/pybind11.pc

This has been sufficient for everything we package. If we need to refine this a bit, we can discuss particulars.
