add support of access token for login

vcloud offer two ways to connect, user/password and access token.
[LOGIN WITH SINGLE SIGN ON] => access token
[LOGIN AS AN INTEGRATED USER] => user / password

is it possible to add the support for the access token with the "vcd login" command

add a new parameter --token to accept token instead of a password :

vcd login myserviceprovider.com org1 usr1 --token ******** -w -i
