refactor: migrate static site to new SPA layout

- Removed old Vue build output (CSS/JS bundles)
- Added new lightweight CSS (style.css)
- Updated index.html with new header, SPA nav and logo improvements
- Added new assets folder
- Removed outdated blog post (vix.md)
