Rescue system requirements?

What are the requirements from rescue system where should be installimage executed?
I'm running into this issue (while fetching list of drives):

mapfile: -d: invalid option

Probably GNU bash, version 4.3.30(1)-release (x86_64-pc-linux-gnu) isn't enough, right?

Hi,
your bash version is quite old. I'm not sure which version of bash introduced the mapfile functionality. We currently use bash 5.x and that works fine. Are you able to test a newer version?
