Make a Snippet for Cropping + Scaling of GC#drawImage

Make a interactive snippet for the use of the GC#drawImage method which takes (srcX, srcY, srcWidth, srcHeight, destX, destY, destWidth, destHeight) as arguments. This is required as a concrete use case for cropping and scaling scenarios.

This issue is so far only for tracking intentions and will be given more context (with respect to #554).
