Idea: Set Default Notification Level for all monitored Projects

Thank you very much for your very useful Software. It's strange that GitHub still has no similar feature.

I have a small idea:
By default, gitpunch sets the notification level for all monitored projects to "All releases".
I've noted that I usually prefer the notification level 'Minor' - with just some exceptions for projects I want to actively monitor.

Therefore a function could be useful which for example:

• Allows to set the default notification level for new projects
• Allows changing the notification Level for all monitored projects to a different level.
  Of course, one could extend the function and e.g. ask for:
  Old information level: …
  New information level: …
  » Change all matching projects

But it probably would be enough to be able to set a new level to all projects.

@schittli did you know you can set the level of all your current starred projects via the PATCH /api/repos/all call (docs)?

I do agree it would be a great feature to be able to change the default notification level of gitpunch. So when new starred projects are imported into gitpunch, they already have the desires notification level. 🚀
