I'm noticing this issue in @workflow/web@4.0.1-beta.35

I can confirm that v4.0.1-beta.34 doesn't contain this regression.

@joaom182 @kulterryan is this still happening for you in 4.0.1-beta.42? if so, I will need more info to help repro this
