Get-BrowserExtensionInfo

This script is exactly what I'm looking for, but it seems to always return an ExtensionState="". I believe this should be a 0 or a 1. I've tried to execute this while running Powershell as Admin, but that didn't change the results. I'm running this on Windows 11 24H2.

Here's an example of the results from my machine where these two Chrome extensions were Enabled:
OsUser="silverb" Browser="Chrome" ProfileDir="Default" ProfileName="Profile 1" ProfileGaiaName="User Machine" ProfileUserName="liebowa@yahoo.com" ExtensionId="ljipkdpcjbmhkdjjmbbaggebcednbbme" ExtensionName="Behind The Overlay" ExtensionVersion="0.2.2" ExtensionFromWebstore="True" ExtensionState="" ExtensionInstallTime="-11644473600000" ExtensionInstalledByDefault="False"

OsUser="silverb" Browser="Edge" ProfileDir="Default" ProfileName="Profile 1" ProfileGaiaName="User Machine" ProfileUserName="silverspyder00@hotmail.com" ExtensionId="ghbmnnjooekpmoecnnnilnnbdlolhkhi" ExtensionName="Google Docs Offline" ExtensionVersion="1.92.1" ExtensionFromWebstore="True" ExtensionState="" ExtensionInstallTime="-11644473600000" ExtensionInstalledByDefault="True"
