createFromString() and createFromFile() methods not working as expected

```php
use Html\Delegator\HTMLDocumentDelegator as HTMLDocument;

$dom = HTMLDocument::createFromString('<!DOCTYPE html><html><head></head><body></body></html>');
```

does not work, or alter the actual HTML. This needs some deserialization.
