Add proper test suite for Windows

At the moment, there is no proper test suite for windows. This should be added so it can be ensured that the library works as intended on Windows.

While there is a test suite for x86 machines, it only checks the OSes and none of the actual functions that are implemented and should run fine on Windows Machines
