SoundEffects_NonPlayerVehicles separate for each sound #169

Currently, "SoundEffects_NonPlayerVehicles=False" removes all sounds from the mod for NPCs. If you only want to remove the IndicatorSound from NPCs without removing all the other sounds, I can't do that.
Please add options such as SoundEffects_NonPlayerAirbreakSound, SoundEffects_NonPlayerIndicatorSound and SoundEffects_NonPlayerReverseSound.
