ubCode Diagnostics throws many false-positive schema validation errors

Describe the bug
ubCode Diagnostics throws many false-positive schema validation errors which are:

• not thrown during html build
• not visible as overlay in the related in VS Code with addtional details what this error is about

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. open VS Code
2. open rst file
3. See errors in diagnostics section of ubCode

Expected behavior
Either the network violation errors are shown in the build process output + as overlay in the rst file
or the diagnostic is not throwing these errors.
