On win 11 dropping a .cso file on the .exe nothing happens

Thanks for your work but when I drop a .cso file on either the 64 or 32 bit maxcso.exe file, what looks like a terminal tries to open and then fails. I was hoping to convert/expand .cso files back to .iso. I've tried "open in terminal" but just can't get any syntax to work. I have the maxcso.exe in the same folder as a .cso and cannot get it to work. If you could please give me the syntax I sure would appreciate it. The folder is: C:\Users\Richard\Desktop\PS3\PSPISO and I want the .cso rom to end up with the same title and the .iso extension. (winblows 11) Thank you
