fix: improve compacted session resume discoverability

Problem

Compacted/resumable sessions are hard to discover. Users should not need to manually hunt paths unless they are doing advanced recovery.

Suggested scope

• Make /resume latest reliable across relevant workspaces, if not already done.
• Show compacted sessions clearly in /session output.
• Add a direct command/path from session list to resume.
• Improve docs for:
  • resuming latest
  • resuming by session path/id
  • compacted session behavior
  • workspace search boundaries

Acceptance criteria

• User can resume the latest compacted session without manually copying filesystem paths.
• Session list makes compacted/restorable state obvious.
• Failure says where Claw searched and how to specify a path manually.
