Ensure alt text - loading

The placeholder loading images do not have an alt tag. This should probably be alt="" so that screen readers skip them. A larger issue is that the loaded images do not have alt text as well, but I think the loading ones can be easily addressed. The offending component can be found at app/views/findingaid/media.mustache

An additional byproduct: The images are wrapped in an anchor. All anchors need some type of text to describe the content they are linking to, which in this case is the larger image blown up into a modal.
