The parametric-plasma-source has been updated, scripts using the source should be updated

The plasma source has moved to a new repo

The way the plasma source is installed in the dockerfiles needs to needs to make use of the pip install once available

there is a PR on the old repo for the pip install and this pr will be migrated to the new repo soon
makeclean/parametric-plasma-source#13

task 3 plots the plasma source birth locations, energy distribution and direction. This task needs updating to use the new sampling methods in the new plasma source

We plan to use this plasma source in IVC so it would be usefull to have these examples updated

an example script for the new plasma source was is provided #105 but perhaps the examples on the plasma source repo are better
