Uiua download detected as virus by browsers

I was trying to download a release for my OS when Chrome suddenly stopped the download with the message "Virus detected".
When I tried with Opera GX, it gave the same message.
The specific release I downloaded was "uiua-bin-x86_64-pc-windows-msvc.zip" (4th release from the top)

Not sure what to say, it's a false positive. I wonder if there is a way to get antivirus to tell us why it thinks its a virus.

Just tried re-downloading it for fun, it ended up working this time!
