polyglot release workflow not getting build in github workflow

I'm trying to get a polyglot release in our forked repo using the polyglot_release workflow. This is the link to the action https://github.com/freshworks/piranha/actions/runs/9094129559/job/24994525247

In the logs I run into

    From my debugging the issue seems to because when we do maturin build it downloads but the versions of tree-sitter (0.22.6 and 0.20.10) which causes this conflict. 
    
    I tried to find out from where the v0.22.6 gets added and it looks like it is because of tree-sitter-kotlin which has it's version as 0.3.6 in cargo.lock but 0.3.1 is cargo.toml. 
    
    Any idea on why this might be happening?

Replacing the tree-sitter-kotlin to the previous version in cargo.toml fixed this
