Paste mode sticky text is not translated

Steps to reproduce

• Log in to Guide on the Side as an admin
• Go to edit a tutorial
• Copy some text to the clipboard
• Click the "Paste as plaintext" button

Expected result

You'll get a message telling you that paste is now in plaintext mode ("Paste is now in plain text mode. Click again to toggle back to regular paste mode.").

Actual result

You'll get a message with the untranslated placeholder text:
