Website reloads multiple times when using `trusted-set-cookie-reload` scriptlet

• I performed a cursory search of the issue tracker to avoid opening a duplicate issue.
• The issue is not present after disabling uBO in the browser.
• I checked the documentation to understand that the issue I am reporting is not normal behavior.

I tried to reproduce the issue when...

• uBO is the only extension.
• uBO uses default lists and settings.
• using a new, unmodified browser profile.

Description

When using this filter
arena.ai##+js(trusted-set-cookie, cookie-preferences, {"functionality":true\,"advertising":false\,"analytics":false\,"socialMedia":false\,"lastUpdated":"2026-04-29T00:00:00.001Z"})
to circumvent the annoying cookie banner on arena.ai, uBO reloads the page multiple times.
This filter used to to work just fine in the past (with uBO v1.69).
Let me know what I am doing wrong here.

1. Add the following filter to uBO:
   arena.ai##+js(trusted-set-cookie, cookie-preferences, {"functionality":true\,"advertising":false\,"analytics":false\,"socialMedia":false\,"lastUpdated":"2026-04-29T00:00:00.001Z"})
2. Open arena.ai
3. Website reloads many times

Expected behavior

Website should reload just once

Because you are enabling EasyList/uBO – Cookie Notices lists which contains another trusted-set-cookie with reload:
