Ignore Filter #37
Description
Designate a message that matches certain criteria to ignore the rest of the filters. For example, adding a required term of "LASER" for all messages to ignore filters and then later there is a filter removes tower messages. If a message from tower that contains "LASER" comes in, it will ignore the later filter so the result is all tower messages are filtered except those with the term "LASER".
Extra credit: make it a toggle or be able to remove the "Ignore Filter" property later.
