missing resource files

the project is missing the following files that are required by the lib_COMMON library function MsgBox:

Information.gif
Question.gif
Warning.gif
Critical.gif
tbrun1.png
tbrun2.png
tbsit1.png
tbsit2.png
tbstand1.png
server.png

lib_COMMON is used by DX_Lookup.usc

The project needs a new Resources/ directory with this files.
