Feature Request: Separate AM/PM selector for use12HourPicker

Would love to be able to select AM/PM in a separate picker when using the use12HourPicker option.

Currently, instead of a AM/PM picker, the picker puts labels for AM/PM in the hours picker: "10am - 11am - 12pm - 1pm - 2pm - etc".

Hey @clowcher 👋 Thanks for the feature request! This would be a nice little feature - could easily have another prop that toggles this.

Feel free to submit a PR if you want this asap, otherwise I'll pick this up next time I do some work on the library 🙌
