[image-cache-it] Add a way to enable thumbnail for an image

Currently, when loading a large image the plugin throws `java.io.IOException: Failed to read all expected data`. Glide has a thumbnail function which helps reducing size of large images which could triage the problem. Is there any other undocumented solution?
