Feature Request: Windows Support

Hey, I've been using this package for a few weeks now, and it's great. My only complaint is that I can't use it on my Windows machines; do you think you could add support for Windows?

@JacobDB thanks for the request, I'm putting it on my long task list. Nevertheless: if you (or anyone else) likes to start, I'm accepting pull requests. I think there are some places where you need to adapt some paths:

• CommandStart.coffee -> line 5 -> change path to start script depending on the OS
• CommandStop.coffee -> line 5 -> change path to stop script depending on the OS
• changeDir.coffee -> line 5 -> change path to httpd.conf depending on the OS

Everything else should work fine on windows. I suggest writing a abstract path service that determines the paths depending on the OS.
