jump to namespaced label forces absolute addressing

These should compile to same binary, but don't.
Hubexec absolute addressing doesn't work in non-pure ASM programs, so this causes a correctness issue.
(The jmp #$ in this example is also always absolute for unknown reasons, but that seems like a separate issue. Using jmp #label does the expected.)
