flag illogical smart quotes usage

This plugin looks great. I'd also like to flag closing quotes used where opening quotes should be used instead and vice versa.

Incorrect examples

• “word“ - second curly left double quote “ should be replaced with a curly right double quote ”
• ”word” - first curly right double quote ” should be replaced with a curly left double quote “
• it‘s - curly left quote ‘ should be replaced with a curly right quote ’
